ROOMS & RATES

• Single occupancy with private bath
• $450/wkly + tax (weekly)


• Single occupancy with shared bath
• $375/wkly + tax (weekly)

Current San Francisco Hotel and Development tax is 15.5%.

Terms & Conditions:

• Reservations require:


• $500 deposit for all weekly renters.


• All monthly rent will have a security deposit equal to that of one month's rent.


• *All security deposit must be paid prior to renting.


• Security deposit can be paid by cash, check or credit card (with 4% non refundable transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 7 days after the date you reserved a room prior to the original arrival date to avoid a $200 charge.
