ROOMS & RATES
We offer rooms at weekly and monthly rates. Special daily rate is offered in the summer from May 1st to Sept 30th. For information about monthly stays please contact us.- Single occupancy with private bath - $375/wkly + tax $75/night + tax
- Single occupancy with shared bath - $275/wkly + tax $65/night + tax
- Monthly rates from $900-$1,200.
Current San Francisco Hotel and development tax is 15.5%.
Terms & Conditions: Reservations require a $200 deposit or credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the original arrival date to avoid a $200 charge.
Key Deposit: A $200 deposit or credit card is required for all room rentals.
Monthly Rentals: A deposit equal to a month's rent is required for monthly stays. You also must have good credit. No hotel tax is charged for monthly tenants.
